Mom & Baby Exercise Class

Designed to help the postpartum mother get back in shape while bonding with her new baby. We will focus on specific postpartum challenges including abs, and your babies will enjoy the interaction, stimulation and bonding.

Choose to Move

A class for those over 55 or new to exercise. Come and enjoy a combined stability ball & weight exercise routine. Classes will be held in the Dance Studio with Barb.

Yoga

Beginner & Intermediate yoga postures with breathing exercises and emphasis on meditation. Classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, grace & control while encouraging the student toward body-mind integration.

Join Richard for this fun class combining a cardiovascular workout with strength and resistance exercises in the circuit area. Designed to keep those young at heart "baby boomers" booming. You'll feel a booming difference in just a short time.
