Stroller Fit (Outdoors)

This 6 week outdoor class is designed to help the postpartum mom get back into shape. We will be doing interval speed walking and body weight exercises. You must have your own stroller, and a rain cover is recommended.

Chair Fit

A gentle exercise class suitable for anyone who has stiff, aching joints, difficulty standing for long periods of time and want to work on joint mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. We will mostly be sitting but will also do some standing exercises holding onto chairs (optional). In addition to chairs, we will also use weights, bands, balls and more.
